After dancing, we’ll transition into a heartfelt conversation facilitated by Cailee, holding space to explore how we, as women, have been socialized around our bodies, voices, and self-expression — and how we can reclaim our power.

This gathering is open to all who identify as women and want to deepen their relationship with themselves through movement, conversation, and community. No dance experience necessary — just a willingness to show up for yourself.
