NEW YEAR Dance Day Retreat

Join us for a day to re-set, re-fuel and kick of your new year with intention and vision! This day retreat is for anyone 18+ (all levels of dancers are invited) who wants to explore movement, crafts, journaling and intentional connection as a powerful forms of self-care, stress relief and healing.
